MATERIAL CAPABILITIES
Galvanized Steel
Zinc-coated steel sheet (typically 0.4–1.0 mm) for outdoor fountains, planter-fountain combos, and rust-resistant garden features.
In-house laser cutting, CNC bending, MIG/TIG welding, and powder-coating line; RAL color matching on request.
Ideal for: modern/contemporary garden fountains, water walls, column fountains, commercial landscape projects - light weight, long outdoor life, lower cost than stainless.
Stainless Steel
SS201 / SS304 (SS316 available for coastal/salty-air projects) for premium and high-end fountains.
Brushed, mirror, and painted finishes; laser-cut patterns, welded seams polished flush.
Ideal for: commercial plazas, hotel landscaping, luxury residential, coastal regions - corrosion-resistant, premium look, recyclable.
Polyresin (Premium Resin)
Hand-finished resin castings with stone, bronze, weathered-timber, or moss effects; UV-stabilized for outdoor use.
Sculptural freedom that steel cannot achieve - tiered fountains, animal/bird motifs, classical and fantasy designs.
Ideal for: decorative indoor tabletop fountains, outdoor garden ornaments, holiday/seasonal themes, gift and garden-center channels.
Hybrid construction
We commonly combine materials - e.g. a galvanized-steel column with a polyresin sculpted top, or a stainless spout on a resin basin - to hit a target retail price while keeping the visual premium. Ask us for a value-engineered option on your next project.
PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
Fountains break in transit, not on the production line. Our packaging engineering is built around two very different channels - e-commerce fulfillment and bulk retail distribution - and we design for both.
For e-commerce / Amazon FBA / DTC brands
Single-parcel mail-order carton, tested to survive a 6-edge drop and 80 cm fall.
Custom-fit EPS/EPE foam or molded pulp lining (we are phasing in molded-pulp as a sustainable alternative to Styrofoam).
Fully assembled or knock-down (KD) flat-pack options - KD saves you freight cost but needs a clear assembly manual; we provide both and advise which fits your SKU.
FBA-compliant carton labeling, suffocation warnings, and country-specific retail-ready inserts.
For big-box / bulk retail / importer containers
Master carton rated for ocean freight + warehouse DC handling + truck delivery to store.
Palletized (or slip-sheeted) loading with corner boards, stretch wrap, and anti-tilt strapping; we plan the loading plan to maximize CBM per 20GP/40HQ.
Retail-ready inner box option: color-printed, hang-tag ready, barcoded to your spec.
Water-flow-tested before packing, then drained and dried - no wet-box complaints at the DC.
